12 Days till… Technicolour Textiles

Today we’re coming at you with all things textiles; aprons, totes, T-towels, napkins – you name it, we got it. On 13th you can meet designer makers galore, have a gander at their wares and fill your boots (and shoppers) with goodies for even the fussiest recipient. Meet Team Textiles…

Georgia Bosson

Georgia Bosson – Georgia returns to Pexmas bringing her incredible eye for tones and print design. Her extensive range of textile pieces play with light and shade to fill your home with colour and pattern. You will find us on 13th drooling over her stall. Cushions, totes, napkins, tea towels, prints, books, pencil cases and so much more, don’t miss out!

Harmattan Semester: fabric selection

Harmattan Semester – Chiara and crew make all their items in Peckham (whoohoo!), using African wax print fabrics from Rye Lane. In a multitude of colours and designs, these sturdy shoppers are ideal for bringing home your locally bought produce! Or pick up a funky patterned apron as the perfect gift for your domestic god/goddess pal. Brilliant stocking fillers for all busy folks with style.

Beggars’ Velvet: Apron and Tea Towel

Beggars’ Velvet – A new local design company, Beggars’ Velvet makes printed textiles, cards and vintage-esque homewares, many with hilarious dry epigraphs. Note these elegant T-towels made from vintage cotton/linen, and Swedish linen aprons. Expect chopping boards, cheese platters, and there is even a wicked rumour of Christmas Crackers…  Check out this little vid of the team at work in their Peckham Studio HERE.

Chá com Letras: African animals cushion

Chá com Letras – These guys produce design-conscious products with a pinch of wit. They are so perfectly crafted, we love the detail on the illustrations that bedeck their textile treats. Great for adults and kids with serious taste. Grab yourself a super comfy cushion, and gen up on your African animals while you’re at it! Or dinosaurs? Prehistoric creatures?! Or maybe you prefer yours on a lampshade? Or a hanky? Bring it ALL on for us please.
