Direct buses come into Nunhead from across local SE London, Shoreditch, The City, Canada Water and London Bridge. Many more stop at Peckham Rye, from which Nunhead Green is just a short walk up Nunhead Lane. Numbers include:

Nunhead has a mighty fine train station which connects to London Victoria if you’re coming from Central London, plus an hourly train from St Albans passing through St Pancras and Blackfriars amongst others. For those further South East-ways, you can catch a direct train from Dartford, Sevenoaks and Bromley South amongst others.
To get to Nunhead Green from the station, turn right on to Gibbon Road, right again onto Kimberley Avenue and then left onto Nunhead Lane. Don’t forget to explore all the local stores on your way up to the hub on the Green!
